"Very disappointed with Crystal and Mark Irwin because they were not honest with my case. They gave me the runaround for over 2 weeks only to say they denied my request today. Still never got a straight answer. Mark Irwin also allowed his employee ( Crystal) to get the blame until I overheard his conversation over the phone. Very unprofessional Mr Irwin, In response to your feedback, who provided the underwriter with the incorrect information? When I initially contacted Crystal, I provided all the information she asked. Whose job is it to file the correct information? I expected your office to know how file it correctly. Also I was extremely patient with your office until you informed me of the incorrect filing yesterday and I was denied. Happy to say I got my form already by another agent overnight."
